1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Aventora AI services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Aventora AI ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered assistant services including domain assistants, phone assistants, and related features (collectively, the "Service").
2. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Services Provided
3.1 Domain Assistant
The Domain Assistant service provides AI-powered chat and voice interactions customized to your domain knowledge. You may upload and manage domain-specific content to customize the assistant's responses.
3.2 Phone Assistant
The Phone Assistant service provides automated phone call capabilities for appointment booking, confirmations, and informational calls. This service requires:
- Authorization to access your Microsoft Outlook calendar
- Sufficient credit balance in your account
- Valid phone numbers for outbound calling
3.3 Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.
4. Billing and Credits
4.1 Credit System
Our Service uses a credit-based billing system. Credits are consumed based on service usage:
- Chat interactions: Variable credits based on complexity
- Voice interactions: Variable credits based on duration and complexity
- Phone calls: Variable credits based on call duration and type
4.2 Credit Purchase
Credits can be purchased through our website using Stripe payment processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not store your credit card information.
4.3 Credit Expiration
Purchased credits expire 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
4.4 Refunds
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@aventora.ai.
4.5 Account Suspension
If your credit balance falls below the minimum required (including grace credits), your account may be suspended until credits are added. Suspended accounts cannot access paid services.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Integrations
6.1 Microsoft Outlook Calendar
If you use the Phone Assistant service, you authorize us to access your Microsoft Outlook calendar on your behalf to check availability and book appointments. You may revoke this access at any time through your Microsoft account settings or by contacting us.
6.2 Twilio Telephony
Phone services are provided through Twilio. By using phone features, you agree to comply with Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy and applicable telecommunications regulations.
6.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
- Make unsolicited calls to phone numbers on do-not-call registries
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others through the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aventora AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVENTORA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may contact us at support@aventora.ai. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aventora AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your content or data uploaded to the Service
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aventora AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Additional Terms
19.1 API Usage
If you use our API, you agree to comply with our API usage guidelines and rate limits. Excessive API usage may result in throttling or suspension of access.
19.2 Telecommunications Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), DNC (Do Not Call) registries, and similar regulations in your jurisdiction.
19.3 Data Processing
We process conversation data, call recordings, and transcripts to provide and improve the Service. You grant us permission to process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
19.4 Export Controls
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations in your use of the Service.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aventora AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
21. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
22. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
